i'm pregnant and when i went to my gyn 5 days before my missed period for a regular check-up, she didn't detect that i was pregnat. is that possible?

Queen_Lu... Votes: +0	Yes, it's entirely possible. When you're very early along, your uterus hasn't grown any. If your GYN didn't do a blood test to detect the HCG pregnancy hormone, then yes, it could've been missed. report abuse vote down vote up

Votes: +0	Well its very early on to physically detect it just by looking at you..you are to early so its definitely not showing, it starts showing until like 4th month of pregnancy..Why did u go to the gyn and not tell him you are pregnant? check ups are necessary. report abuse vote down vote up
