That is exactly what happened to me during both of my pregnancies.



I had light brown/pinkish spotting for two days but it was only when I wipped (never got on panty liner). I had some nausea & that was it.



You can normally test a few days before your cycle is due (but that is only if you get your cycles normally). I would try my best to wait until I'm late by one week, I know its hard but just try. If you want a accurate reading, get a blood test done to test your HCG levels at the doctors office

Don't test until after your period is late. Maybe the day after. Even the "early results 5 days sooner!" tests aren't accurate until the day of your missed period. For example, first response is only 63% accurate 4 days before AF is due and slowly gets more accurate. But it's still only 99% accurate from the day your period is due.



What else..... Oh, digital tests are only 1/2 as sensitive as the kind with lines and plus signs. And there is no such thing as a "maybe line". Two lines, no matter how light or dark= positive.



But if you're telling yourself that you think you're pregnant, your body will start showing signs of pregnancy even if you're not. For example, I've thought I was pregnant before and was just soooo certain about it. I took like 7 tests and my period was late and I was very nauseated and tired.... then as soon as I stopped worrying/hoping over it, my period came and I felt like an idiot.



Just relax. There is nothing you can do at this point to change what is =)

If this has happened a week before your period is due then yes it could be implantation bleeding. If that is what you experienced then a test should show a positive within a few days. Good luck to you!

Sounds just like implantation!! Most women experience other symptoms a week or so after implantation. You should test in one week to get a definite positive. You could also go buy some really cheap tests and go wild! That's what I would do!
