Pregnancy pains

im 18 weeks pregnant and i get these constant pains at night when im in bed. they are in the area where the baby is but it doesnt feel like moving. is this normal?

It might be round ligament pain.. It's supposed to happen around that time. It's your muscles stretching out.. I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant and I sometimes get them too. Either way don't forget to mention it to your Dr. next time you see him/her. I f it gets too painful call him and see if he can see you sooner. I used to have pains in the side of which i was lying i think its the weight ,have you felt baby move prior or is it too soon i forget i think we start feeling babies 14 weeks + it differs so if you havent felt movement yet you will,if you dont feel right though have a word with the gp ,good luck hun x

I'm also 18 weeks and get all sorts of pains! I haven't felt my "Peanut" move yet either! I think it may be because I'm a first time mom and I just don't know what I'm "supposed" to feel. Good luck!
