I do like Luvs. We usually use Pampers Cruisers, but I will pick up Luvs if they are on a better sale than Pampers. I will say they seem to fit a bit smaller than Pampers and do hold a little bit less wetness. Luvs do have a "Leakguard Guarantee" and you can (supposedly) get your money back if you are not satisfied with the leak protection: http://www.luvs.com/en_US/leakguard_guar... report abuse

Luvs are great diapers, first off they are very soft (no baby rash!) they cost less than pampers and huggies, they fit great, and they hold everything in (my 14 month daughter wears her diaper all night and i have never had a leak) i would compare the quality of Luvs to that of Pampers swaddles. i have tried other brands and found it best to keep with Luvs, if the store is out of my daughters size then i'll go with pampers, (i despise Huggies) other than that im a loyal customer of Luvs! report abuse

I have 4 kids and for the first 2 we used Huggies/Pampers, but once we got to our 3 & 4 child, it got too expensive to keep buying Huggies/Pampers. I kept them in Huggies/Pampers until sizes 4 and switched. The outside lining is much softer on the Huggies/Pampers which is perfect for baby's delicate skin. It can't hurt to buy a small bag and give Luv's a try. I haven't had any problems with them at all, I love them. report abuse

They worked well for me when I used them but you have to be sure they are the exact right size. My little one was too big for the newborn size but she leaked the first couple of times until she fit really well into the Luvs. My sister swear by them but I think there are other, less expensive brands that work just as well. report abuse

I tried luvs when my daughter was just a few months old and they worked fine, but once she hit about 4 or 5 months, they would start to leak-especially bowel movements-even when there wasn't a lot in there. so i switched back to huggies and never have that problem anymore. report abuse

I have Luvs for the first time with my second child, who pees ALOT. They do block leaks, but I am not a big fan of the elasticity. I have another case left, and I will absolutely use them, but I am a big fan of Pampers Swaddlers and Cruisers...I think they keep the pee & poop from her skin the best. report abuse

We can't stand luvs, but we've found that the walmart brand (parents choice) actually do a decent job at preventing leaks. We've found that all diapers are different just like all kids are different...so I suggest trying target, luvs, and parents choice...you never know which will fit your child best. Best of luck! report abuse

I have tried them a few times and I just don't like them. Huggies work the best for both my boys and Pampers are a close second. I like both huggies (snug and dry and gentle care) but as far as pampers I like the swaddlers and the cruisers....I don't like the baby dry at all. report abuse

I've used Luvs. They were 'ok', nothing special. My son never 'leaked' with Luvs...but then again he's never leaked with Luvs, Huggies, Pampers or Target Brand. It's all in putting the diaper on correctly. I currently use Target Brand, and have no complaints. report abuse

if you like pampers you'll like luvs!! both made by proctor and gamble and work just as good. only diff- pamper is sesame street. luvs is blues clues. they're wonderful and almost as cheap as store brand. they have the stretchy tabs and an absorbent liner!! report abuse

I LUV diapers are great! They do a good job, and even smell like baby powder. And if you want to save even more money, the Target brand works really well too! My son wears size 4 and I get the big box (92 diapers) for $13.00. report abuse

I have always used the store brand or dollar store brand diapers because they are the cheapest and I find they work and hold the best out of all of the diaper brands. report abuse

My daughter has leaked through them many times but now they seem to be fine. I love the smell of them. I think it just depends on the shape of your baby. report abuse

They didn't work well for us. They leaked and they 'exploded'. My babes would be covered in that gel stuff (that's inside the diaper) in the morning. report abuse
