Are Bush-Cheney going to be charged with war crimes-E-Answer.Net

I saw on today's news that for promoting torture on civilians of the nations we occupy, that America is facing criminal charges in the world court. The report went on to say that the charges would be directed at the whitehouse at the highest levels.
How's Lil 'w' going to get himself out of this pickle?
