It has something to do with his changing how he feels about an issue to satisfy a particular audience. One day, I'll end the war in 2009 and the next it depends on my advisers. 2 hours later, that's been his position all along and then, an hour later, I'm still committed to having them home in 2009.

If that isn't change, then I don't know what is.

Obama's Blueprint for Change:

http://www.barackobama.com/pdf/ObamaBlue...

There are about a hundred pages of detailed explanations about Obama's policies and proposed plans in this document, which can be easily downloaded from his site. I do suggest you read it thoroughly before making up your mind.

This is an honest reply. Obama's change is predicated on his hundreds of changes to every policy he announced while running for the nomination. His apparent shift to the middle is killing him with the left and the changes that he announced to them while running his earlier campaign has disappeared and they are furious. Most of his changes were very heavily tilted toward socialism and now these leftists feel they are out in the middle of the stream without a paddle. If he keep this policy in effect he will surely lose the election.

My pleasure. Remember MLK - "I have a dream"? There is your change right there! Isn't there enough crime being committed each and everyday in this country without adding to the problem of having a "black" president? There has been no black political leader who has not been caught or is in some illegal criminal activity. Not one who has come through as an outstanding individual for the further advancement of civilization, or has contributed anything politically "right". History has established blacks from and in Africa as war-like primates, and do not negotiate and/or have peaceful meetings with anyone let alone themselves. The change that will be coming is civil war within this country between blacks and whites, and Muslims and Americans outside this country. Is that change enough for you?

I'm undecided and I have no party affiliation, but from my observations and listening to Obama, plus watching his recent voting record, I can't really tell much difference between him and McCain on substantive issues.

I believe that fundamental constitutional questions are at issue in this election, and such issues are never discussed by either candidate. Is the Iraq occupation constitutional? Is the federal reserve and its money policy — the root cause of our economic problems — constitutional? Are presidential signing statements, employed by Bush as self-exemptions from the law, constitutional?

Based on their talk and actions, I honestly don't expect much change of consequence from either man.

Change. Well for one he'll use diplomacy to solve problems with other countries rather than throwing our troops at them.

Also, Obama will help out the housing crisis by creating a 10 billion dollar foreclosure prevention fund rather than letting the republican mortgage companies get rich off their predatory lending practices.

If you want more then why don't you go to his website and read his policies.

Basically he wants to socialize healthcare and every other big spending government program. Oh, and pull out of Iraq ASAP (regardless of whether or not the "job" is done). He talks a lot about change and race, I'm not sure how he plans on any of that working out, though... I mean, look at Canada.

These are the changes I expect from Obama if elected President

1) I will make what a street sweeper makes, even though I went to college for 10 yrs.

2) What money I do make will not go to support my family, instead it will be used to fund social programs for lazy/morally corrupt/criminal people

3) I will be paying 70% income tax

4) I will have to wait 2 yrs to have an operation

Obama is retro Jimmy. Barack HUSSEIN Obama is NOT change, just a 1960's re-tread. Nothing new, only tired, inane slogans. It's very sad.
