In the tank I have 5 guppies, 5 platies, 3 snails, 2 plecos and I'm only keeping 2 guppy and 2 platy fry can I put any more fish and I like to put neon tetras
ADD: 29 UK gallons is about 120L (I think) so 6 neons should be absolutely fine. You could have around 18 small fish in there. I think a nice mix would be:
Your 2 guppy and 2 platy fry
6 neon tetras
1 plec
4 glass catfish
This should be fine for your tank :-) Glass catfish are beautiful fish but need to kept in a group of 4 or more.

Generally one gallon per one inch of fish.

around 5 neons would be ok, but only if you are just keeping the 2 guppies and the 2 fry
