It really depends upon where you live - your best bet is to ask around as if you were asking for yourself, and if you are a kid, charge a bit less. The usual charge is per 1/2 hour or hour visit, not per week - people often only want their dog walked on certain days.

Usualy I charge 5 dollars per walk, which is about a mile long. It should depend on how good the dog is while walking on a leash ((some pull and make it harder to walk them)), so charge more fro them, If they are good, dont charge, and also charge per mile.

It also depends on how big your dogs are and how often you want them walked. Are they getting fed as well? I have two large dogs and my pet sitter feeds them (twice) and takes them for a 30-45 minute walk and it costs $35 a day.
