This is the guy who was told not to do anything and to wait until police arrived. Instead he felt it was his duty to shoot two men in the back. Not only is that cowardly he should be in jail for life for the murder of two men. Just because someone attempts to break into your house it doesn't equal they should be killed because of it. The two were not attacking Mr. Horn he disobeyed the police. He should be in jail!

There was no need for anyone to be killed.I think Horn should have been prosecuted.If the burglars had been White,would he have shot them?I doubt it.
