I applied at target but i didnt pass the backround check does that mean i can never work for target-E-Answer.Net

It could mean that your record and someone else's are intermingled. It could mean you have some sort of credit or criminal record which target considers important. You should be able to ask them what , in particular, caused them to decide what they did. You should know. If it's a mistake, it should be corrected. If it's not, there may be a limitation on how long that item can appear. Good luck.
