Nakhon Pathom is in Thailand. The Death Eaters got sent to Azkaban. Voldemort is dead.

Maybe he's incognito, running from Dumbledore's spirit.

I suppose he'll show up. Probaly off thinking up crazy schemes to become immortal you know how it is on the dark side.
