The Heavysoviet Delegation requests the build up of armed force to defend the interests of the Hockey Section.



The Heavysoviet Delegation accepts it's position in the defence of Jayapura and the defence of other hockey related interests.



The Military of the Heavysoviet Delegation shall send 10 Mil Mi-24's and 16 BTR-80's loaded with ground troops armed with AK-74's and RPG-7's to take the land of Makassar.
