On my resume, I don't mention my date of birth. What will happen when I'm hired and my emplyoyer finds out my age. Will they let me go.

nickname Votes: +0	It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of age. You are right to exclude your age on your resume. If you get a job and perform well, your employer will be foolish to dimiss you because of your age. If he does, it will be his loss and you should see a lawyer. Many lawyers will give you half an hour or so of consultation free just to see if you have a case. An alternative is to take your case to the Human Rights Commission.
