Gaviscon and Prozac together. I completely forgot I took Gaviscon at 11am and then took my Prozac at 11:30. I'm sure it'll be OK, right?

Yes...that is fine. Gaviscon coats your stomach and keeps some medications from being absorbed. 30 minutes should be enough time and the liquid you took with your prozac should have washed away the coating.
