I don't what's wrong with, RIGHT NOW! i can't go to sleep that's why i'm on my laptop it's 4:00 in the morning and i'm still awake i can't fall asleep what's wrong with me, i don't have anything wrong with me, i'm not stressed i'm completely fine but i can't go to sleep.
i get just like that! only its like everynight. it sucks, but i usually just lay down try to clear my mind and just keep my eyes shut

Could it be that you're worried about not getting sleep so you force yourself to believe that you won't sleep. I know occasionally i'll go a few nights where i can't sleep for a while because i'm worried about not getting to sleep so i think about it more and more, which just makes it worse until i eventually fall asleep about 4 or 5 due to exhaustion. Usually what i do is that i go to bed and lay down for about a half an hour to an hour before i normally go to bed with the TV on and just relax, not thinking about anything. Also, have you tried taking any sleeping aids?

Yes, you are stressed... you're stressed about not sleeping. The experts say if you are in bed for 30 minutes and fail to sleep, that you should get out of bed and do some mundane activity. It might be balancing your checkbook, reading some dull material, etc. When you start to feel tired, head back to bed and see how you do. If after 30 minutes you're still awake, get up again and try to find something even more mundane than you did the first time... maybe reading a dictionary.

Everybody has that some nights. Turn off your computer, go lay down in bed with the lights dimmed and read for 1/2 an hour.
Even if you just rest instead of intentionally TRYING to fall asleep, you likely will faster.
