I normally wake up to a seizure in my right leg almost every morning. Sometimes in both legs. It hurts like HELL! Then it would go away, and sometimes I would feel a slight muscle pain all day long after that. It's been like that for years, since I was a teenager/. I am 33 years old now.
that would be a charlie horse try taking potassium

This doesn't sound like a seizure to me. I do think that you need to be checked out by an MD. There are things like "restless leg syndrome" and as another person stated vitamin/mineral deficiencies to consider. Is it every single day? Do you ever eat bananas to check the potassium deficiency theory? If it is something in your central nervous system like Restless Leg Syndrome, then they will have you take meds to help with the issue.
God's best to you!
