Health -
General Health Care
I was outside lightning fireworks-lighting one of those saturn missle batterys things,my dog stuck his mouth over it and got one right in the mouth. he started coughing up blood and spit mix and puking up blood and spit mix. it got better though hes still coughing but not as much blood. hes acting pretty normal now but still coughing a bit.
taking him to the vet is NOT an option.
WHAT DO I DO?
HELP!
Its better to take the dog to a Vet. He can diagnose and tell you the exact health status of your dog.

Yes, you NEED to take him to the vet! Don't tell us that isn't an option. This dog is your legal responsibility, and if you're not willing to give him the care he requires, you have no business owning an animal. So get off the internet, and take him to an emergency vet NOW! If you don't have him treated, you could potentially be charged with animal neglect if it turns out that it's something serious.

If taking the dog to the vet isn't an option, why do even have a dog? When you take in a pet, you are their voice and are responsible for their well being. When your pet is in trouble, it is YOUR responsibility to help them. I would suggest taking him to the nearest no kill shelter and let someone who will take care of him to adopt him.

Taking the dog to the vet is absolutely your responsibility.
Your neglect in not taking him could lead you to animal abuse charges if he dies.
There has to be an emergency vet in your area, you need to call them immediately.

how is the vet not an option?!?!
but if the injury is just in his mouth then it cant be life threatening?
