Yes, it's called zostavax, or the zoster vaccine. It's only offered for people over the age of 60 I think..
It's effective more on preventing the symtoms of shingles, and the nerve pain rather than shingles itself.

It is for someone who has had shingles and for the elder.you need to talk to the doctors because it is not for someone who has a low immune system..Shingles are cause by the chicken pox's so if you had them you most likely can get the shingles .. report abuse vote down vote up
