How much have you gotten paid for one of them, and do they classify as aluminum or just scrap steel?

xylocopa, resurrected Votes: +0	In my municipality, you have to pay $10 to have it hauled off. It is classified as "white goods", very hard to recycle. There isn't much if any aluminum and the steel is hard to separate from the rest of the junk. The most valuable part might be the copper in the motor. Remove that and it might be worth a few cents. report abuse vote down vote up
