George W. Bush. why ?



i answer.. A president who can sit in AC room and can commond his secretaries to do this and that...no one will question him. A president who can appreciate or codemn anything sitting with his secretaries. A president can attend his office and can enjoy his life with family members. or a president can enjoy with his office female workers like clinton. A president can go travelling other countries all the year except one or two months.



But,



what is the present president Bush doing ?



He worries about the other nations, besides seeing his own nation. He struggles more to eliminate terrorism. He is fighting to bring democracy. He wants all people in the universe to live peacefully and happily.



how many persons understands this ? if they are unable to understand, they can keep quiet. making abuses, critisisms, projecting the president as a joker...what is this ?



He wants the other countries also to flourish. He is not minding his own nation. Take iraq. The people's sufferings touched his heart. Now see, a democracy born there. But, the world sees this in an another angle..the unlimited freedom of speech, freedom to write, freedom of press..imaginary stories..unlimited critisisms..



The president bears this..swallows critisisms, but he continues his good works. please understand his attempts to restore democracy and efforts to bring back peace from the clutches of terrorism.



Hence, i feel the present president G.W.Bush is the best president of America now. A man who is fighting for the welfare of the people in the universe, whereas we are fighting with him. Be not a supportive, but be a true and write true and speak true and don't write your imaginations against him. He is for you and you are not for him. But, he doesn't care all these is a sigh of relief.

I've been around since FDR and I'd have to say GWB. After the emotional dust and misrepresentations of the day settles away, a more objective history will record it as such. FDR was another great one and Kennedy certainly had the potential. Carter or LBJ were perhaps the worst. Of course Clinton was impeached and that speaks for itself, a malady which Carter didn't suffer. Clinton, however, joins Reagan as the luckiest presidents in my life time due only to circumstances and events.

I have to go with Ronald Regan. I voted for him in 3rd grade as part of a class government educational thing.



In all honesty though; I have never heard of a president worthy of leading our country in my lifetime. We have absolutely no standards for our leaders. It all comes down to who has millions to spend rather than who would do a better job, no matter what their race or gender. This will be the first year since I've been over 18 (35 now) that I won't be voting for a president, because they are both embarressing for our country.

I have lived through the last 11 presidencies, and there is no doubt in my mind that the finest President in that time was William Jefferson Clinton.

I would have to say Clinton since since I was too young to remember much of the others before Bush Sr., in my lifetime and since he did have a decent economy going at the time.

People like to give him a hard time because he received ****, but he also reduced the national debt and reformed social programs. History will remember him fondly.

If I had to choose, I'd say Bill Clinton but only during the first term. But this is a trick question. We all know that none of the presidents during the last 40 - 50 years have been sufficient.

Ronald Reagan. I remember watching his speeches as a child and really being riveted. I was young then, but the more I learned, the more I respected him as I got older.

I could technically say Kennedy, but I don't remember anything about him, I was only 2yrs old when he died, so I gotta go with Ronald Wilson Reagan
