What Can I Do Concerning This

Last night, I went to a restaurant to purchase an order of cheese fries. The total came up to $3.86, and that's the exact total that I signed for after my card was swiped. Just a couple of minutes ago, I went online to check my balance and realized something wasn't correct. So I checked my statement and realized that this place took out $4.63 which is just a .77 cent difference, but it was NOT the total that I'd signed for. The type of receipt that I signed was one that gives you the option of filling out a tip total, and then also the grand total. In the tip section, I put a zero with a line through it, then wrote $3.86 in the grand total section, then signed it. What could've happened and how can I resolve this issue? Would this be something legal?

Just call your bank and they should clear it up.

No, this is not "something legal". That would be a terrible waste of time and money. There is no lawyer that is going to waste his time on a trivial matter like this.
