chuck j Votes: +0	buying and selling the stock affects the price..a huge sell off lowers it, and a huge buy ups it. speculation as well. if someone thinks that the stock might do something or have some upcomming news, then he/she pumps the stock up so people buy more shares. volume is an improtant thing to watch on a stock, plus ask price. report abuse vote down vote up
