you can go online in illinois department of labor. down load the form for the unpaid wage complain the fill the form print it then send it thorugh the mail. I don't know how effective it is but this is the only way to make a report of unpaid wage in the department of labor. also the worst you can do to the employer is..............we need to know who is the employer.............if he is an indian the for sure he do tax envasion. file the report of that, if he's arabic then for sure he don't pay taxex and he didn't even pay you anything in check and underpaid you......may be below the minimum wage..........you can file report for that too.....
