i've been a full time student for all of last year instead of working so i know that many landlords want employment history with pay stubs but ......... i don't have any because i've been a full time student in college. so does that count for anything?
A Landlord needs to be Guaranteed of collecting the Rent from someone ....
If you are not gainfully employed , then you will need an employed co-signer to guarantee to be responsible for the rent just in case you do not pay .....
being a student does not in any way Guarantee the payment of rents to a Landlord .....

Do you have a decent full-time job now? Are you willing to provide a co-signer?

Being a full time student does not explain how you are going to pay for the apartment.
