Im disabled with 0% credit...need to buy a home-E-Answer.Net

i am disabled due to epilepsy which was caused from some serious brain trama. i get lost and very forgetful. i have 0% credit. at this time, i can't establish any credit. i need to buy a home, which requires me to get a loan. i've aleady exhausted all my other options of getting a loan from qualified family members, which has left me empty-handed. is there ANY program that will assist me accurately with this????

jen_ny6 Votes: +0	You can't buy, you have no way to maintain the house, pay taxes and pay the mortgage. You will qualify for section 8 housing though, and you might find a nice place. I rent a really nice house to a family with 2 epileptic parents. 1/3 of your income goes to rent, HUD pays the rest. report abuse vote down vote up
