What will happen if i dont pay my vodafone bills

my phone is on contract and i havn't paid for 4 months now and i have cancelled it but they still want their money . they are asking for £512.00 . can they take me to court and if they do when and what will happen ?

Joseph F Votes: +0	They will take you to Court, they will win (since you broke your contract), and you will have to pay the £512.00 plus Vodafone's Court costs. The Court will ding your credit rating, and make any money you borrow in the future FAR more expensive. If you don't have a mortgage yet, when you do it will cost you an extra percentage point or so, which is literally thousands of pounds over the lifetime of the mortgage.
