Oh my! I moved out when I was 17. The summer before college before my 18th b-day. I moved in with2 roommates and it was cool, but if you can afford it get a one bedroom. Maybe have roommates to start with. My bills are horrible. I have rent, electric, cell phone, car payment, and insurance. Not counting food and gas (which KILLS you). My best advice is to have a budget and stick to it. Don't go out to eat. Try to stay at home and have a movie night instead of going out. College is fun but whenever you start having money problems you will stress all the time and your grades may suffer. Just try to have fun and be conservative with your money and you will be fine. I had barely any money and I did it.

Its hard at 19 or 40. Get a roomate as a last resort, they can be veryhard to find for a good one.
