most companies will send someone out to inspect your property and take pictures of the outside and of any wood burning stoves, pools, and trampolines you have. when they inspect they are looking at the overall condition of the home, roof, and if there are any safety issues.

mbrcatz1... Votes: +0	They took pictures of the outside of our home and the wood stove when we first insured with them 6 years ago. They send a letter every year if we need to update any added buildings or rooms etc. report abuse vote down vote up
