As long as you weren't dual covered at the same time trying to get benefits from each policy, you should be okay.



The benefit for frames/lenses under your dad's policy is a completely separate benefit from the benefit for frames/lenses under your own employer's policy.

Reject the claim by "catching that"...don't think so. You're covered under two different plans so why wouldn't they cover you? Likely you're covered under your current plan. Call them to make sure and don't mention the previous coverage.

They are probably going to catch that, and reject your claim.
