is it a legitimate site? is it 100% free to use etc..i read its terms and it says that they will charge you $$1 for every month that you do not use the site after 12 months of inactivity? what does this mean?? will they make me pay or what? thanks

if they ask for your credit card or bank info it is NOT free. Rule of thumb. If it is free, then you dont need my social security number, my bank info or my credit card information.
