How can i garnish wages on a bank acct from a business I have a judgement against that still owes me money

You can't garnish wages on a business. But you can go back to court and attach the bank account.

1 thing the owner of an acct CAN do is go open a NEW acct elsewhere & abandon the old 1 or WORSE yet they can stop putting $$$ in2 any acct whatsoever. U MAY note that this non-payer MIGHT B struggling w/ declined business 4 whatever reason. businesses shut down when they cannot stay afloat. In fact, I once knew some 1 in that boat, who was in a poor location & eventually couldn't make it & he was eventually UNable 2 make enough 2 pay the rent & he hadda close down. consider ALL the possible circumstances, because as prices rise, business often declines due 2 lack of purchases from customers.

You need to go back to the court and let them know that they have not paid you your money yet.
