it hurt for a second it made my eyes water. i was 16 when i got it done my mom signed for it. You have to be 18 but im pretty sure your parents can sign for it if ur under 18.

Doesn't hurt, just makes your eyes water a lot, and I pierced mine with a 14g needle. Some shops allow you to be 17 to get any piercings by yourself and if you are under that they want a parent/guardian, but most places its 18.

Well, OF COURSE it hurts! You're stabbing something completely through the cartilage in your nose! I got it done for my 16th birthday...my mom had to sign for it.
