1) Yes, it will wash out b/c it is only temporary, but usually stays in for at least a month

2)Lie on your side with your head propped on your hand with your elbow on the ground. Put your legs straight out. The leg on top should be behind the leg on the ground. (Heal to toe) Then lift the leg on the ground a few inches and then lower it to almost touching the ground. The point is to keep control of your leg and not let it touch the ground. You want to go slow so you get more out of it. Do ten and roll over and do ten with the other leg. I'd do three sets at least once a day.

1. yes after a couple washes... it's only temporary

2. yes go to www.fitnessmagazine.com then click "workouts" at top of page, you can sign up or click "continue to your destination" in upper right hand corner, then on the left is a bunch of catagories and click "thighs & legs" there's a ton of exercises there

2 yes. doing lunges. 50 each leg each day. lunges are when you bend down (like your proposing, on one kneee)

1) Yes, it starts to fade after a certain amount of washes, and eventually washes out.



2) Yes. Doing leg exercises and running helps alot. Eating right is also helpful.



3) "Calm Before The Storm" and "Pretty In Punk" by Fall Out Boy; "smilies/grin.gifecoy" by Paramore; "Beach" and "Vegas" by All Time Low. There are plenty more.



4) Not sure. Try Googling "facebook bumper stickers". You can always try eBay.



5) Try meditating and/or yoga/pilates. It helps to calm you down alot. Plus, and trip to a salon for a massage or mud bath every now and then may help as well.



6) Neutrogena and Clearasil both work pretty good. And I'm sure ProActiv works as well, but Neutrogena and Clearasil can be found practically anywhere (drugstores, Wal-Mart, Target, etc...) whereas you have to order ProActiv.



7) If the weather is going to be hot, then I advise a cute summer dress, and comfortable sandals. If the weather is going to be cool, then I advise skinny jeans, a cute tunic/top, and a cute pair of heels or flats.
