i realy want a tattoo i am 14 years old my mother keeps changing her mind and i always tell her that tattos are just a way to express your self on your body can you help me convinvce her for me please
o yeah i also want my lip peirced on the side
You are too young at the moment and may regret it later on in life.....be original and Don't have a tattoo because everyone has tattooes these days. Express yourself in other ways like a crazy hairdo or clothes or even take up painting and do some mad artistry... there is always something else to do in life than putting a permanent mark on your body.
Wait til you are of legal age and then decide.

If you can convince your mom at 14 that you should be getting a tattoo, then your mom needs to go to a parenting class to learn to be a parent and not a friend.
You have no business expressing yourself PERMANENTLY on your body at 14. There's a reason why reputable tattoo studios won't tattoo minors.
I think 14 is too young for piercings as well, but if you're gonna do body mods as a way to "express yourself," which is a total crock by the way, then stick to piercings until you're at least 18. You can always take them out if you outgrow them unlike tattoos.

Think about your reputation... 14 years old with a tattoo? If you get it in a place that it will be showing alot, than I don't suggest it.
I have henna tattoo, which lasts for 2,3 months and than washes off. I really like it. Try going to a tattoo shop and asking if they do temporary tattoos. They do cost a bit, but are good because they are like real, and dont wash off for 2, 3 months. they aren't like sticker tattoos.
Try getting lots of the same fake ones, and wearing them for a month. See if you will get tired of it.
About your lip... GET A FAKE ONE. Lip is one of easiest places to get infection on.
You are under your mom's control. If she says no, it means no. Fakes are the answer.

It'll do you good to wait - some things you can't have NOW. You have to be 18 to get it done legally, and if you have it done illegally you deserve everything you get!
What design would you have if you got it done? Do you think you'll still like it when you're 20? If you say "yes" to that, just thing of all the stuff you liked when you were 10. Do you still like the same stuff now?

I don't think i would get a tattoo at 14. You change so much in your teens that you might not want the same tattoo in 1-2-3 years from now. The lip piercing can be taken out if i don't like it after a while. But it's hard to cover up a tattoo

ummm ok well i think you should go with the tattoo first then put the lip ring on her later that way she goes a lil easier on the tattoo
tell her you will put somewhere, where you can cover it easily if you have a job interview type thing

i'm not a prude, but really, that is way too young to get a tattoo.
i got a small tattoo when i was 15, i'm 19 now and I sort of regret it. It's just a small star on the back of my neck, but i wish i would of put more thought into my tattoo and waited.

Why don't you get a temporary tattoo? You will never be able to remove that tattoo without permanent damage to your body.
