Eyeliner... Should one wear eyeliner when they already have bigger eyes

I've just started wearing eyeliner and it makes my eyes look huge and plus it smudges. Should someone who already has big, blue eyes wear eyeliner?

purple star Votes: +0	lol i have the same problem because my eyes are big iswel...i think it looks nice when i put eyeliner on. Same here though it smudges and wont stay on..but am thinkin of trying a water proof one. XxX report abuse vote down vote up
