How do you wear white eyeliner properly

i was just wondering if there's a good general rule of thumb here? i know that it helps you to look more awake, and i usually have it on the inside of my bottom lid.. im just wondering if anyone can help me to do it without looking really 'ghostly'? thanks! :)

bumblee bee Votes: +0	well if you are getting it on the lashes, then that makes for a ghostly look. Though if you get it only on the lash line, it should reflect light, making the eye look brighter. Do one swipe of the pencil and then try not to cry, I always do by accident. report abuse vote down vote up
