at the top of the right hand page where your picture is on the question page it says my profile, click on that , that puts you in to where your profile and info is, you will see there its says edit my avator, click and go in there, there you will see above

all the things you can click on to change, your face, hair background ect, just play around till you find what you want on your avator then click save changes

there are tabs at the top of the avtar site that allow you to edit apearance, outfit, background, pets etc. When you are on the apearance tab there is a smaller tab for face and hairstyle at the top of the page.
