ur hair might be a lil bit too long (yes its possible for short hair to be too long)



the best advice i could give is just try to brush it. i did when i used to use a du rag. if it doesn't work out then just try to get it cut down a lil more but that should be a last resort.



btw if u do brush ur hair USE A SOFT BRUSH not the hard one.

My brothers use those. One uses a gel, the other uses gel or a product like Pink Lotion. Take the rag off, apply sm amt of product in hand and apply from front to back using your hand. 1 bro uses a bristle brush w/the lotion. His is real short. the others is a bit longer and wavy, he uses the gel & a comb to slick it back. It then shows the nice wave.

maybe your hair is to long. My brother just does a forward motion with his hand, like with his whole hand not his fingers after he takes his off. And he adds a lil water or some Pink Lotion (for hair). hope that helps!
