No it's not illegal to buy an Authentic Nazi Uniform (for memorabilia purposes only). I have my Grandfather's Nazi Uniform, and I brought it into school for my final project in gr.12 theirs nothing wrong with that. But if your thinking about wearing it in public. You're going to get into alot of trouble, I don't exactly know whether it's illegal to wear it or not, but I think you'll find your self in alot of trouble with people, if you do.

Brad Tripp Votes: +0	The Nazi Party was a political organization with flags, armbands, membership cards and badges, and other memorabilia. The Party's symbol became an official government seal and insignia. Early on it had a para-military wing, the SA, that had a brown-shirt uniform. but it was a civilian organization subsequently disbanded. German military uniforms were just that. The usual feld-grau from the First War. The "SS" and Waffen SS troops did have separate distinctive uniforms, the black ones with silver insignia, lightening flashes and twisted crosses.
