it is not yoga or contortionism. It is called an elbow stand and is a very common acrobatics move. first you place your elbows/lower arms on the ground like she has them, then you kick your legs over, and idealy you actually don't want your foot to be touching the ground, it takes a lot of back flexibility and muscle strength. You will feel like you're gonna fall over but that's the feeling you want. hope this helps!

Its pretty fun
If you are interested you should go to your local YMCA and ask them if they or any one in town offers these classes
